Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Outside and remote sales position
- Training and supplies will be provided
- Communicate with customers to identify needs using our specialized selling process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Present NATiVE Solar’s product information, pricing, best-in-the-industry performance guarantee and complete solar system maintenance plan
- Answer inbound sales calls from your personalized marketing materials
- Meet monthly sales quotas
- Attend sales and product knowledge meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Ability to use a smartphone and tablet
- Personally driven and self motivated
- Motivation to be successful
- Amazing customer service skills
- Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Strong follow up is required
- 2 years of residential solar sales experience or equivalent experience in the renewable energy industry (we do have positions available for candidates with no experience)
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Self-starter mindset and ability to be a great team player
